The Minimax offers a quality package at an excellent price with a very small footprint for a two group machine.(53 centimetres wide by 53.5 centimters deep with adjustable feet positions for narrow benchtops)
The Minimax is available in manual push button( Pulsante) or full auto dosage (Electronica) configurations.
The Minimax has a 9 litre boiler, and a 2700 watt heating element.
The Minimax is an excellent machine for environments where maximum production is only for short periods through out the day or where coffee is a moderately popular add on to the main sale.
Although it may be small in size and designed with moderate production in mind it is built with the same components and to the same standard as the the bigger models in the Vibiemme range.
